Sunday:
Breakfast - Veggie scramble.
Lunch - Spinach grilled cheese, pears.
Snack - Apples with peanut butter.
Dinner - Broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken, mashed potatoes.
Monday:
Breakfast - Coconut berry oatmeal.
Lunch - Grilled salmon sandwiches.
Snack - Yogurt and peaches.
Dinner - Pork chops, baked potatoes, peas.
Tuesday:
Breakfast - Baked omelet.
Lunch - Turkey club sandwich, grapes.
Snack - Pretzels and bananas.
Dinner - Teriyaki salmon, brown rice, veggie blend.
Wednesday:
Breakfast - Pancakes, cantaloupe.
Lunch - Peanut butter and jam sandwiches, oranges.
Snack - Deviled eggs.
Dinner - Apple french toast.
Thursday:
Breakfast - Cheesy eggs, whole grain toast, fruit.
Lunch - Egg salad sandwich.
Snack - Crackers and cheese.
Dinner - Chicken quesadilla.
Friday:
Breakfast - Cheesy eggs, whole grain toast, fruit.
Lunch - Mac and cheese veggie soup.
Snack - Apples and nutella.
Dinner - Homemade pizza.
Saturday:
Breakfast - Waffles and fruit.
Lunch - Pinto bean pizza.
Snack - String cheese and grapes.
Dinner - Spaghetti, garlic bread and broccoli.
