Oh I started out strong with this. I am not even sure what happened, but I definitely fizzled out. I am disappointed with myself, but honestly there is nothing stopping me from starting tomorrow. Or maybe even tonight after the kids are in bed.
Actually I think part of the problem was that it was hard trying to practice yoga while Ava is roaming around. She is incredibly mobile and incredibly curious and you can't take your eyes off her for even a second without her getting into something.
I don't want to make excuses though. I failed to follow through on this but I am going to change that right now!
I have always read that it takes 21 days to make a habit. So my goal is to do yoga everyday for 22 days.
Baby steps first though!
My short term goal. Wake up before the little ones and get my yoga on!
If I can accomplish that, I will post another goal. :)
